El objetivo del presente trabajo es abordar la importancia del proceso de supervisión como herramienta en el entrenamiento de terapeutas sistémicos. Para dicho fin se entenderá la supervisión como aquellas situaciones en que el terapeuta en formación es responsable de un caso y es guiado por un supervisor (Haley, 1996). En primer lugar, se describirá brevemente los tres modelos de supervisión que se mantienen vigentes en la actualidad (Rodríguez Vega y Fernández Liria, 2014). El Modelo de Hawkins (Hawkins y Shohet, 2000); el Modelo de supervisión basado en Eventos Críticos (Ladany, Friedlaner y Nelson, 2005) y el Modelo de supervisión integradora basada en la construcción de narrativas terapéuticas(Norcross y Halgin, 2007). Finalmente se pensara un entrecruzamiento entre dichos modelos, teniendo en cuenta los fundamentos básicos de la clínica sistémica y los aportes de las ultimas investigaciones que contribuyen a pensar la supervisión como una herramienta que propicia la reducción de las complejidades propias entre la teoría y la práctica. For this purpose supervision will be understood as situations in which the therapist in training is responsible for a case and is guided by a supervisor (Haley, 1996). In the first place, the three supervisory models that are still valid today will be briefly described (Rodríguez Vega and Fernández Liria, 2014). The Hawkins Model (Hawkins and Shohet, 2000); the supervision model based on Critical Events (Ladany, Friedlaner and Nelson, 2005) and the model of integrative supervision based on the construction of therapeutic narratives (Norcross and Halgin, 2007). Finally, a cross-linking between these models will be considered,taking into account the basic foundations of the systemic clinic and the contributions of the latest research that contribute to thinking of supervision as a tool that promotes the reduction of the complexities between theory and practice.
