El presente trabajo se desprende del proyecto UBACyT titulado Factores que inciden en la circularidad de los jóvenes alojados en los dispositivos penales juveniles: lo individual, lo grupal, lo institucional, cuyo objetivo principal es determinar los factores que inciden en la circularidad de los jóvenes alojados en los Centros Socioeducativos de Régimen Cerrado (en adelante CSRC). El propósito es abordar el impacto del encierro en la subjetividad de los trabajadores desde la perspectiva de la Psicología Institucional, poniendo el foco en la noción de sufrimiento institucional. Se presentan dos niveles de análisis para la situación de trabajo. En primer lugar la organización del trabajo como aquel marco flexible e intersubjetivo que da lugar a la tarea real, a la actividad. En segundo lugar se indaga en el vínculo que entre el sujeto y la institución en la que trabaja, a partir de este se trata de relevar indicadores del sufrimiento.
