El presente trabajo se enmarca en el proyecto Ética y normas: la relación del psicólogo con el campo deontológico, jurídico e institucional en las prácticas con niños, niñas y adolescentes. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo a partir de una investigación cuali-cuantitativa (UBACyT 2018-2020).Describe una situación que presenta dos facetas distintas: por una parte, el trabajo psicoterapéutico con una niña, como sujeto de diagnóstico y tratamiento, por un conflicto intrafamiliar, y por otra, el mismo hecho transformado en objeto de una investigación penal, que requiere la intervención de un abogado como representante legal del padre de la niña, quien reclama justicia. Ambos profesionales necesitan de otros saberes para abordar el caso: la psicóloga, porque su caso ha trascendido los límites de su consultorio y desconoce la forma de desenvolverse en el mundo jurídico; el abogado, porque no tiene pruebas para abogar por el derecho afectado de la niña y necesita de la psicología del testimonio para seguir adelante. Se pone en juego el interés superior del niño frente al Estado y la necesidad del abordaje interdisciplinario. Este trabajo concluye con una propuesta superadora, como una invitación a lograr la máxima satisfacción de los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes. IDEAS FOR A BETTER INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH OF CHILDREN, GIRLS AND ADOLESCENTS The present work is part of the Ethics and norms: the relationship of the psychologist with the deontological, legal and institutional field in the practices with children and adolescents. Descriptive exploratory study based on qualitative and quantitative research (UBACyT 2008-2017). It describes a situation that has two distinct facets: on the one hand, psychotherapeutic work with a girl, as a subject of diagnosis and treatment, for an intrafamily conflict, and on the other, the same fact transformed into the object of a criminal investigation, which requires the intervention of a lawyer as legal representative of the girl’s father, who demands justice. Both professionals need other disciplinary knowledge to deal with the case: the psychologist, because her case has transcended the limits of her practice and she does not know how to work in the legal world; the lawyer, because he has no evidence to advocate for the affected right of the girl and needs the psychology of the testimony to move forward. The best interest of the child in relation to the State and the need for an interdisciplinary approach are at stake. This work concludes with an overarching proposal, as an invitation to achieve the maximum satisfaction of the rights of the child.
