A partir del interés por conocer cómo incrementar las posibilidades de producción psíquica en pacientes cuyo sufrimiento se expresa en el cuerpo, pero también tratando de evitar los riesgos a los cuales se ven sometidos cuando se confrontan a procesos de deconstrucción psíquica, iniciamos la investigación sobre los “Estatutos del cuerpo en las formas actuales de presentación subjetiva en púberes y adolescentes de la ciudad de La Plata. Indagaciones preliminares” (PPID 2019-2020. UNLP), dentro de la cual se enmarca este trabajo. El presente escrito se propone como objetivo plantear algunas consideraciones teoréticas acerca de las manifestaciones corporales sufrientes de niños, niñas y adolescentes recurrentes en nuestra práctica psicoanalítica. Indagar si todas ellas responden a síntomas en sentido estricto o si por el contrario aluden a otros modos de funcionamiento psíquico que requieren la necesidad de delimitar el estatuto de lo corporal en el sujeto psíquico. Conocer los modos de organización de los distintos sistemas de simbolización o de representaciones posibilita articular modos de intervención diferentes para cada uno de ellos, y de este modo tratar de evitar reduccionismos biologicistas y/o psicologicistas que anulan la complejidad del sufrimiento humano. The purpose of this paper is to propose some theoretical considerations about the suffering corporal manifestations of children and adolescents recurrent in our psychoanalytic practice. To investigate if all of them respond to symptoms in the strict sense or if, on the contrary, they allude to other modes of psychic functioning that require the need to delimit the statute of the corporal in the psychic subject. Knowing the modes of organization of the different systems of symbolization or representations makes it possible to articulate different modes of intervention for each one of them, and in this way try to avoid biologicist and / or psychologicist reductionisms that annul the complexity of human suffering.
