En los últimos años se ha acrecentado el interés por el estudio de las representaciones sociales en el ámbito educativo. En base a la concepción tridimensional de Justicia Social descrita por Nancy Fraser, en este estudio se indagan las dimensiones: Redistribución, Reconocimiento y Participación y sus representaciones en los maestros y maestras en formación. El objetivo del estudio es analizar las representaciones de Justicia Social y su relación con el Bienestar Social en una muestra de participantes compuesta por 387 estudiantes de primer y cuarto curso de los Grados de Maestro/a en Educación Infantil y Primaria de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Los resultados muestran que las futuras maestras poseen representaciones de Justicia Social más desarrolladas que los futuros maestros, y que aumentan conforme se acerca a la finalización de su periodo de formación. Además, fueron halladas relaciones positivas entre las tres dimensiones de Justicia Social y el Bienestar Social. Se concluye que los años de formación en estos grados y el género del alumnado son dos factores a tener en cuenta en el análisis de las representaciones de Justicia Social y el Bienestar Social. Palabras clave Justicia Social - Bienestar Social - Educación - Psicología Social ABSTRACT SOCIAL JUSTICE REPRESENTATIONS AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING IN FUTURE TEACHERS Recently, research have focused on analyzing the Social Justice representations in the educational field. Based on the three-dimensional concept of Social Justice described by Nancy Fraser, this research focus on the dimensions: Redistribution, Recognition and Participation and their representations in Teacher Training Students. The main aim of the research is to analyze the Social Justice representations and the relationship with Social Well-Being in a sample of participants composed of 387 first and fourth Teacher Training Degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education at the Autonomous University of Madrid. The results show that future teachers have more developed representations of Social Justice than future teachers, and that they increase as they approach the end of their training period. In addition, we found positive relationships between the three Social Justice dimensions and Social Well-being. We concluded that the years of training in these grades and the gender of the students are two factors to take into account in the analysis of Social Justice representations and Social Well-being.
