El trabajo adelanta resultados parciales del Proyecto UBACyT “Discursos, prácticas, actores y subjetividad en la articulación de APS y Salud Mental: estudio de caso en investigación social participativa” (2018-2020), dirigido por la Prof. Stolkiner, que continúa una línea de investigación sobre articulación entre APS y Salud mental, de proyectos UBACyT anteriores. El caso seleccionado es el municipio de San Martín que cuenta con una red de atención de salud mental en el primer nivel. Se trabaja con una metodología de investigación acción participativa acorde con el hecho de ser una IPSS (Investigación en Políticas, Sistemas y Servicios de Salud). Se describirán resultados correspondientes al objetivo de sistematizar la información sobre el perfil de los agentes municipales del programa de salud mental, y describir y analizar sus discursos y prácticas relacionándolos con los enunciados de la APS integral y la Ley 26.657. En el trabajo se describe el contexto (del Municipio y sus servicios de salud) y se analizan los resultados de un cuestionario aplicado a agentes de salud mental del municipio. El cuestionario ha sido elaborado por el Comité de Investigación que incluye investigadores y agentes de la gestión de salud mental del Municipio. Se encuentra en etapa de aplicación. Palabras clave Salud Mental - Atención Primaria de la Salud - Agentes de Salud Mental ABSTRACT MENTAL HEALTH AGENTS IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE: CASE STUDY This abstract advances results of the UBACyT project “Discourses, practices, actors and subjectivity in the articulation of Primary Health Care and Mental Health:a case study in participatory social research” (2018-2020), directed by Stolkiner. The project continues a line of research developed in the precedent UBACyT projects. It works on the interface between Primary Health care and Mental Health. It is a Health Policies, Services and Systems Research which requires an interdisciplinary approach and a cooperation relationship between academic activity and health management and decision making as part of the research itself. It applies a Participatory Social Research strategy. The case study is the municipality of San Martin, specifically its services of mental health. This presentation communicates results related with the aim of systematizing information about profiles of municipal agents who perform functions in mental health program, and to describe and analyze their discourses and practices related to Primary Health Care and Law 26657. It describes the context of the municipality and its health services, and also analyzes the results of a survey applied to municipal mental health agents, which was prepared by the Research Committee (that includes both researchers and municipal agents).
