Desde el área de Psicología de la Fundación Creando Lazos de la ciudad de La Plata, dedicada a la atención, contención y recreación de niños/adolescentes con cáncer y sus familias, se acompaña a la familia toda desde el momento del diagnóstico hasta el final del tratamiento. En función de ello, ¿cuáles serán los límites y los alcances de los dispositivos terapéutico - institucionales, cuando el atravesamiento por la enfermedad conduce a la muerte del niño/ adolescente? Freud conceptualiza en Duelo y Melancolía: “la reacción frente a la pérdida de la persona amada (…) trae consigo graves desviaciones de la conducta normal en la vida, nunca se nos ocurre considerarlo un estado patológico ni remitirlo al médico para su tratamiento”. Frente a lo que adopta forma de traumático, la clínica nos interroga sobre los alcances y límites de los dispositivos de atención, respecto de los posibles en el campo de la intervención. Intervenir allí implica favorecer la constitución de una trama que dé lugar a un trabajo de metabolización, a la recomposición de los enlaces, en tanto se encuentre atravesada por las coordenadas temporo - espaciales, por aquellas referencias identificatorias que permitan restituir ante lo traumático la categoría de lo pensable. Intervening there implies favoring the constitution of a plot that gives rise to a work of metabolization, to the recomposition of the links, as long as it is traversed by the temporal-spatial coordinates, by those identifying references that allow restitution to the traumatic category of the thinkable.
