En el presente escrito se trabajan los aspectos metapsicológicos presentes en el texto La Negación (1915) de S. Freud, desde su fuente en idioma alemán. Se sitúa la función de juicio de atribución y juicio de existencia, leídos desde el estilo de escritura del autor, mostrando como en alemán el uso de los verbos modales nos acerca al texto para poder apreciar la subjetividad del autor en la escritura. Se realizan traducciones alternativas a la traducción en al edición de Amorrortu, para dar cuenta de determinadas palabras o frases, que funcionan como guía para un mejor entendimiento del texto. En este recorrido también se va detallando la construcción conceptual a través de distintos términos en alemán, de la “Bejahung” y la “Ausstossung” primordial, que va a tomar posteriormente J. Lacan. METAPSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS n this paper I am going to work the metapsychological aspects in the text The Negation (1915) by S. Freud, from their source in the German language. The judgment function of attribution and judgment of existence are going to be located and read from the author’s style of writing in his language. It is going to be showed, how in German the use of modal verbs brings us a closer sight to the text in order to appreciate the subjectivity of the author ´s writing. Alternative translations of words and phrases will be made, comparing to the Amorrortu edition. This is going to work as a guide for a better understanding of the text. I am going detail through this text the conceptual construction of some terms in german, that give us a global understanding of the concepts “Bejahung” and “Ausstossung”, which Lacan will later take.
