En el marco de la investigación del proyecto UBACyT “Variaciones en la posición judicativa del analizante. Estudio de casos en el Servicio de Clínica psicológica de Adultos en Avellaneda” el presente texto interroga sobre algunas de las relaciones posibles entre realidad, juicio y rectificación subjetiva. Para ello, se revisan elaboraciones teóricas en la enseñanza de Freud, tales como realidad material y realidad psíquica, juicio de atribución y existencia. Igualmente, vía lo planteado por Lacan como “rectificación subjetiva”, y usando al acting-out como ejemplo a contrario, se destaca que el cambio de posición del sujeto con respecto a su padecimiento es solidario de una puesta en suspenso de la realidad en tanto inequívoca por medio de la interrogación del juicio, esto no sin la destitución subjetiva del analista. Palabras clave Realidad - Juicio - Rectificación subjetiva - Acting out ABSTRACT REALITY, JUDGMENT AND SUBJECTIVE RECTIFICATION Within the framework of the investigation of the UBACyT project “Variations in the judiciary position of the analysand. Case study in the Adult Clinical Psychology Service in Avellaneda”, this text presents some of the possible relationships between reality, judgment and subjective rectification. For this, theoretical elaborations are reviewed in Freud’s teaching, such as material reality and psychic reality, judgment of attribution and existence. Likewise, what Lacan posed as “subjective rectification”, and using the acting-out as an example to the contrary, it is emphasized that the change of position of the subject with respect to his suffering is in solidarity with a suspension of reality in the meantime unequivocal by means of the interrogation of the judgment, this not without the subjective destitution of the analyst.
