La Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño y la Ley Nacional de Protección Integral N° 26.061 promueven abandonar el paradigma tutelar para desarrollar políticas orientadas desde la perspectiva de derechos, que constituyan el Sistema de Protección Integral (SPI). Red articulada de actores (organismos estatales, no gubernamentales, comunitarios, etc.) que promueve y restituye derechos vulnerados. En el SPI los Servicios Locales de Promoción y Protección de los Derechos de NNyA son el actor estatal que centraliza las intervenciones. Este trabajo forma parte un programa de extensión de la Facultad de Psicología (UBA), cuyo objetivo es generar espacios de reflexión destinados a los equipos técnicos del Servicio Local de un Municipio de Buenos Aires, que centraliza cerca de 5.000 expedientes de vulneraciones graves de derechos en NNyA. Estos espacios de reflexión permiten repensar las intervenciones, incorporando contenidos de la psicología del desarrollo a la perspectiva de acceso a derechos. En esta ocasión se abordaran aspectos referidos a los oficios del lazo (Frigerio, 2019). Es decir, a la posición subjetiva que demandan las intervenciones orientadas al cuidado de NNyA. Se espera aportar al fortalecimiento de las políticas públicas en el marco del Sistema de Protección Integral. In the SPI the Local Services for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Girls, Boys and Adolescents (NNyA) are the public organisms that centralize the interventions. This work is part of an Extension Program of the Faculty of Psychology (UBA) whose objective is to create reflexive meetings for the technical teams from a Local Service of the Province of Buenos Aires that carry out more than 5000 files about serious violations of NNyA rights. This meetings allow to think about the interventions, incorporating special contents about Developmental Psychology to the Human Rights perspective. On this occasion, it will focus on the “bond’s trade” (Frigerio, 2019). Meaning the subjective positioning that the interventions oriented to the care of NNyA require.
