Nuestro trabajo se desprende de la investigación UBACyT 20182021 dirigida por la Dra. Inés Sotelo: “La urgencia en Salud Mental en el Hospital Público en la República Argentina”, un estudio de tipo clínico que tiene como objetivo caracterizar la población que consulta en urgencia así como el modo de intervención y resolución frente a ella en hospitales de la República Argentina. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo interrogar el estatuto del concepto de fijación en el corpus teórico de Lacan, en el marco del debate con los postfreudianos, quienes a partir de este concepto sitúan el progreso del análisis en términos de una rectificación de las relaciones del sujeto con el objeto. Consideramos central retomar dicho debate en la medida en que ilumina el desvío respecto de la orientación que pretende darle Lacan al psicoanálisis. El trabajo comienza con la crítica de este autor a la noción de relación de objeto a partir de su formulación de la falta de objeto; despliega el modo en que Lacan plantea la noción de frustración en tanto una operación o categoría de la falta de objeto y critica la lógica fijación-frustración-regresión propuesta por los postfreudianos como eje en la orientación de los análisis. Palabras clave Fijacion - Frustracion - Lacan - Postfreudianos ABSTRACT THE FIXATION: LACAN, FREUD AND THE POSTFREUDIANS Our work is based on the research UBACyT 2018-2021: “The Urgency in Mental Health in the Public Hospital in the Argentine Republic”, a clinical study that aims to characterize the population that consults in emergency as well as the way of intervention and resolution against it in hospitals of the Argentinian Republic. This work aims to interrogate the status of the concept of fixation in the theoretical corpus of Lacan, within the context of the debate with post-Freudians, who, based on a certain reading of this concept, situate the progress of the analysis in terms of a rectification of the subject’s relations with the object. We consider this debate important to show that deviate from the orientation that Lacan intends to psychoanalysis. In this sense, this work begins with the criticism of this author to the notion of object relation from his formulation of the lack of object as central; It unfolds the way in which Lacan states that the notion of frustration should be understood as an operation or category of lack of object and criticizes the logical fixation-frustrationregression proposed by the post-Freudians as the axis in the orientation of the analyzes.
