El presente trabajo se enmarca en el eje temático del Psicoanálisis. Se propone un abordaje teórico acerca de los efectos del declive de la función paterna en la época actual. Se realizan puntualizaciones a partir de viñetas clínicas en relación a los modos de presentación del pasaje al acto criminal en la época actual desde una lectura psicoanalítica respecto de los efectos de la declinación del nombre de padre en una época marcada por la lógica del mercado, paradigma de la alienación más profunda y de un padecimiento característico de la época actual. El psicoanálisis siempre debe estar a la altura de la época, apuntando a la singularidad de goce del uno por uno e interpretando las vicisitudes del malestar en la cultura. Del lazo con el Otro a la ruptura del lazo, ¿qué relación puede establecerse entre el declive de la función paterna en las coordenadas de la época actual y el pasaje al acto criminal? A partir de lo trabajado se sostiene que hay una relación entre el malestar en la cultura de la época actual, la declinación del nombre del padre, sus efectos en el lazo social y el pasaje al acto criminal. It invites to a theoretical approach to the effects of the decline of the paternal function nowadays. Specific remarks are made from clinical vignettes, related to the ways of presentation of the transition to the criminal act in current times, regarding a psychoanalitic review about the effects of the decline of the Name-of-the-Father in an era marked by the market logic, which is a paradigm both of the most profound alienation and a characteristic suffering presently. Psychoanalysis should always be at the level of time, pointing towards the singularity of the joy for each other and interpreting the vicissitudes of civilization and its discontents. From the bond with the Other to the break of the bond, which kind of relation could be established between the decline of the Name-of-the-Father in the coordinates of current times and the transition to the criminal act? Based on the carried analysis, it is noted that there is a relation between the civilization of the present and its discontents, the decline of the Name-of-the-Father, its effects on the social link and the transition to the criminal act.
