Este artículo se propone explorar la falta -en lo tocante al significante y al ser- en el Otro y su tratamiento en el narcisismo, desde los primeros seminarios de Lacan hasta el Seminario 9 (1961-1962). El propósito de dicha exploración es rastrear los antecedentes de la articulación entre el cuerpo y el agujero en psicoanálisis. Como primer punto, trabajaremos las referencias lacanianas a la falta de significante en el Otro. Asimismo, examinaremos las referencias a la falta en ser en el Otro y en el sujeto. Luego, exploraremos el tratamiento de la falta vía el narcisismo en la neurosis. Por último, extraeremos algunos aportes teóricos y clínicos que se desprenden de la noción lacaniana de la falta. Palabras clave Falta - Agujero - Narcisismo - Cuerpo - Psicoanálisis ABSTRACT LACK AND NARCISSISM This article aims to explore the lack - in regard to the signifier and the being - in the Other and its treatment in narcissism, from the first seminars of Lacan to Seminar 9 (1961-1962). The purpose of this exploration is to trace the antecedents of the articulation between the body and the hole in psychoanalysis. As a first point, we will work on Lacanian references to the lack of significance in the Other. Also, we will examine the references to the lack of being in the Other and in the subject. Then, we will explore the treatment of the lack via narcissism in neurosis. Finally, we will extract some theoretical and clinical contributions that stem from the Lacanian notion of lack.
