El presente trabajo refleja algunos efectos del trabajo de un grupo de psicólogos institucionales a partir de la experiencia desde el ámbito de extensión universitaria. En consonancia con las incumbencias de su práctica, se cuestiona acerca de la necesidad de actualizar o redefinir la modalidad de trabajo, su encuadre según el contexto socio-histórico actual. Como institucionalistas, trabajamos con el discurso institucional de los sujetos, que nos convocan desde su pertenencia a organizaciones específicas en y por las cuales manifiestan sufrir sin lograr menguar tal malestar desde sus posibilidades actuales. De idéntica manera, apelamos al análisis de la implicación como uno de los instrumentos para develar las dificultades que se nos presentan al interior de nuestro equipo de trabajo. Dificultades que no son producto exclusivo de la vinculación con las instituciones que nos convocan sino que -indefectiblemente- cuentan con un fondo de nuestro aparato psíquico grupal comprometido en la tarea de la psicología institucional tal como la concebimos hasta ahora. Así es como vamos (re)construyendo nuestras propias herramientas teóricas que dan cuenta de la permanente interacción e intervención entre la práctica y la teoría. In line with the incumbencies of its practice, it is questioned about the need to update or redefine the work modality, its framing according to the current socio-historical context. As institutionalists, we work with the institutional discourse of the subjects, who summon us from their belonging to specific organizations in and for which they express suffering without diminishing such discomfort from their current possibilities. we appeal to the analysis of the implication as one of the instruments to unveil the difficulties that are presented to us within our work team. Difficulties that are not the exclusive product of the link with the institutions that summon us but that -indefectively- have a background of our group psychic apparatus committed to the task of institutional psychology as we have conceived it up to now. This is how we (re) construct our own theoretical tools that account for the permanent interaction and intervention between practice and theory.
