El artículo analiza algunas características del sistema de justicia que permiten visibilizar y conceptualizar los puntos donde las acciones de administración de justicia infligen sufrimiento para el campo subjetivo, tanto de quien recurre activamente al sistema de justicia en busca de protección como de quien es tomado por su cara punitiva. Frente a la implacable maquinaria judicial, la interrogación apunta a la posición a adoptar desde nuestras prácticas profesionales y a las formas en que el sujeto pueda hallar su lugar. Nuestro planteo apunta a la articulación de los actos de administración de justicia -centrados en el sujeto del derecho- con acciones que resguarden el campo subjetivo de las personas reales, cuyas vicisitudes escapan a lo formulado en el expediente judicial. En este sentido, se hace hincapié en el potencial de la interdisciplinariedad para la lectura de la complejidad de la situación y en la necesidad de apuntar a una formación que tome en cuenta esta perspectiva, desde los estudios de grado y posgrado, de todos los operadores que desde distintas disciplinas intervienen en los procesos judiciales. Palabras clave Interdisciplina - Jurídico - Derechos - Subjetividad - Singulari- dad - Ética - Cuidados ABSTRACT THE INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TOWARDS A KINDER JUSTICE SYSTEM The article analyzes some characteristics of the justice system that make it possible to visualize and conceptualize the points where the processes of administration of justice inflict suffering on the subjective field, both of those who actively resort to the justice system in search of protection and of those who are taken by their punitive face. Dealing with the judicial machinery, the interrogation points to the position to be adopted from our professional practices and to the ways in which the subject can find his place. Our approach proposes the articulation of the acts of administration of justice -centered on the subject of law- with actions that protect the subjective field of real people, whose vicissitudes escape the judicial file. In this sense, we emphasize the potential of interdisciplinarity to understand the complexity of the situation and the need of a professional training in this perspective, from undergraduate and postgraduate studies, of all the operators that from different disciplines intervene in judicial processes.
