El presente trabajo se enmarca en el trabajo del psicólogo en el dispositivo de guardia hospitalaria. Se encuadra en el marco teórico psicoanalítico, sumando a él una mirada integral de la salud, resaltando la importancia de encuadrar las prácticas en las legislaciones vigentes. En el interjuego de la singularidad de cada paciente y la particularidad del dispositivo, es menester considerar cómo se piensan las intervenciones posibles y desde qué posicionamiento se llevan adelante. En este sentido, el trabajo invita a la reflexión y a repensar modos de acción instalados para conceptualizarlos teóricamente. Es por ello que se entiende que el proceso de escritura así como de presentación de dicho escrito, propiciará el repensar sobre las propias intervenciones, así como podrá incentivar a crear, o estar advertidos de las potencias que conllevan las acciones llevadas adelante por un psicólogo en la guardia de un Hospital.
