El presente trabajo presenta una temática de relevancia clínica en la Terapia Gestáltica: los inicios del tratamiento. El recorrido conceptual y práxico aborda principalmente la alta relevancia del vínculo terapeuta-paciente, su fundamentación filosófico existencial y los diversos enfoques que convergen ampliando y complejizando dicha perspectiva. Comprende también los diferentes aspectos a tener en cuenta en un trabajo de reflexión e investigación que intente dar cuenta de la conjugación tan singular de la tarea terapeuta-paciente en los inicios de la Terapia Gestáltica. THE OPENING OF A LINK This paper presents a theme of clinical relevance in Gestalt Therapy: the beginning of treatment. The conceptual and practical journey mainly addresses the high relevance of the therapist-patient bond, its existential philosophical foundation and the various approaches that converge, expanding and making this perspective more complex. It also includes the different aspects to be taken into account in a work of reflection and research that tries to account for the unique conjugation of the therapist-patient task at the beginning of Gestalt Therapy.
