En este póster se presentan un recorrido de más de 10 años de investigación, abarcando las investigaciones UBACyt 20082010 “...”, UBACyT 2015-2017 y UBACyT 2018- 2021 “La urgencia en salud mental en el hospital público en la República Argentina”, tres estudios de tipo descriptivo-interpretativo cuyo objetivo principal fue caracterizar la población que consulta en urgencia, el modo de intervención y resolución en diferentes hospitales del MERCOSUR, la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y la República Argentina respectivamente. Se presentarán resultados generales de las tres investigaciones que nos han permitido trazar un perfil de la población que llega a una guardia en situación de urgencia en salud mental en la región. Se ubicarán los datos más relevantes obtenidos y los hallazgos de cada proyecto, así como las modificaciones que se introdujeron a otro a partir de los mismos. Los datos obtenidos se encuentran resguardados (atento a lo especificado en la Ley 25.326 “Protección de datos personales”) y se sistematizaron y procesaron con el programa estadístico SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Palabras clave Urgencia - Guardia - Salud Mental - Hospital Público ABSTRACT THE URGENCY IN MENTAL HEALTH IN THE PUBLIC HOSPITAL: 10 YEARS OF RESEARCH This poster presents a journey of more than 10 years of research, covering the UBACyt 2008-2010 “...”, UBACyT 20152017 and UBACyT 2018-2021 investigations “The urgency in mental health in the public hospital in the Republic Argentina”, three descriptive-interpretative studies whose main objective was to characterize the population that consults in emergency, the mode of intervention and resolution in different hospitals of MERCOSUR, the City of Buenos Aires and the Argentine Republic respectively. General results of the three investigations that have allowed us to draw a profile of the population that arrives at a guard in an emergency situation in mental health in the region will be presented. The most relevant data obtained and the findings of each project will be located, as well as the modifications that were introduced to another from them. The data obtained is protected (in accordance with the provisions of Law 25,326 “Protection of personal data”) and was systematized and processed with the statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).
