Este trabajo retoma algunas discusiones actuales en psicoanálisis en torno a la diferencia entre los aspectos permanentes del sujeto y aquellos que son transformables por el devenir histórico. Para enmarcar el problema, nos centramos en las distinciones que autoras y autores como S. Bleichmar, A. M. Fernández o J. Alemán realizaron entre la constitución estructural del sujeto y las producciones históricas de la subjetividad. En este marco, nos preguntaremos por las posibilidades de plantear la cuestión subjetiva al margen de las antítesis permanencia-no permanencia, estructura-historia, etc., antítesis que abundan en el tratamiento de esta cuestión. Recuperaremos la dimensión política de este problema: por un lado, a partir del cuestionamiento de que el psicoanálisis, al universalizar y esencializar una epistemología cuyas condiciones de constitución y desarrollo respondieron a una situación histórica muy específica, se vería en la dificultad de dar cuenta de los modos contemporáneos de padecimiento psíquico y de las transformaciones actuales de la subjetividad; y por el otro, a partir de la figura del resto que resiste a un poder político cuyas condiciones de conservación y propagación dependen, en el momento actual de su devenir histórico, de la producción de subjetividades y modos de vida. Palabras clave Sujeto - Subjetividad - Estructura - Historia ABSTRACT CONTINUITY OF THE SUBJECT AND TRASNFORMATIONS OF SUBJECTIVITY This work focuses on some actual discussions in Psychoanalysis concerning the difference between the permanent aspects of the subject and those which are susceptible of being transformed by history. To define the problem, we will focus in a series of distinctions that authors such as S. Bleichmar, A. M. Fernández and J. Alemán made between the structural constitution of the subject and the historical productions of subjectivity. In this context, we will pose the question about the possibility of considering the topic of the subject free from the antithesis (continuity-discontinuity, structure-history, etc.) that organized regularly the treatment of this topic. We will pose additionally the political dimension of this problem: on the one hand, by analyzing the critic made to Psychoanalysis regarding the way it would have transformed an epistemology that emerged and developed in a very specific social and historical situation in an universal and essential one, having, in consequence, difficulties to explain the contemporary psychical afflictions and the actual transformations of subjectivity; and on the other hand, by analyzing the figure of the «rest» that resists a political power whose conservation and propagation depend, in the actual moment of its historical course, of the production of subjectivities and forms of life.
