El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la presentación de la temática elegida para el diseño de proyecto de tesis en la Maestría Derechos de Infancia y Políticas Públicas (UNICEFUniversidad de la República) y se configura posible en el marco de la Cátedra Libre de Psicología Jurídica de la Facultad de Psicología. El proyecto se propone analizar los discursos, representaciones y prácticas del sistema penal juvenil sobre la adolescente mujer en conflicto con la ley. El análisis que se realice pretende ser ubicado en las formas actuales en que se manifiestan dichos discursos, representaciones y prácticas a la luz de la configuración del sistema penal juvenil que se desprende del Código de la Niñez y Adolescencia del Uruguay (aprobado en 2004). La pregunta que guía este proyecto se basa en la interrogación sobre la modalidad que adopta el sistema de control social institucional formal (sistema penal juvenil) en relación a la adolescente mujer, manejándose como hipótesis que el mismo atribuye sentidos y organiza sus prácticas de acuerdo a modelos hegemónicos de ser mujer. Palabras clave Mujer Sistema penal Discurso ABSTRACT THE TEENAGER WOMAN IN THE PENAL JUVENILE SYSTEM The present work takes as an aim(lens) the presentation of the subject matter chosen for the project design of thesis in the Mastery Laws of Infancy and Public Policies (UNICEFUniversity of the Republic) and is formed possibly in the frame of the Free Chair of Juridical Psychology of the Faculty of Psychology. The project proposes to analyze the speeches, representations and practices of the penal juvenile system on the teenager woman in conflict with the law. The analysis that is realized tries to be located in the current forms in which the above mentioned speeches, representations and practices demonstrate in the light of the configuration of the penal juvenile system that it he parts with the Code of the Childhood and Adolescence of the Uruguay (pass in 2004). The question that guides this project bases on the interrogation on the modality that adopts the system of social institutional formal control (penal juvenile system) in relation to the teenager, managing as hypothesis that the same one attributes senses and organizes his practices of agreement to hegemonic models to be a woman.
