Interesa en esta ponencia dar a conocer algunas de las necesidades que las docentes enuncian en sus discursos y que se relacionan con la “falta” de condiciones institucionales apropiadas para el desempeño del rol como así también con el “exceso” de demandas de las que son objeto. Esas necesidades forman parte de un escenario social en que la nueva pobreza toma características singulares, propias del sociohistórico en que se produce. En ese sentido, la “falta” y el “exceso” se articulan potenciándose, creando condiciones de posibilidad para la producción de significaciones sobre su trabajo, las que oscilan entre la idealización y la desvalorización de su tarea y de su rol. Palabras clave Vulnerabilidad social Docentes Subjetividad ABSTRACT KINDERGARDEN TEACHER´S IN CONTEXTS OF SOCIAL VULNERABILITY: THE LACK OF NECESSARY CONDITIONS TO DO THEIR WORK AND THE EXCESS OF DEMANDS The objective of this paper is to show some of the educational necessities that are related with the lack of appropriate institutional conditions for the daily work of the kindergarden teacher´s and the excess of demands that they have to face in an scenario in which new poverty takes a singular characteristic, surrounded by the social and historical time in which they are taking place. In that sense the articulation between the “lack” and the “excess” increase themselves creating conditions of posibility that oscillate around the idealization/devaluation of their work.
