El propósito del presente trabajo es comunicar resultados preliminares del análisis de dificultad y discriminación del subtest Calculo del DAT-T. El subtest se administró a una muestra no probabilística intencional de alumnos de tercer año de Psicología de la UCSE. Participaron 33 sujetos. Mediaedad=22 años. MAXedad=43, MINedad=19. Para el procesamiento de los datos se ha decidido analizar solamente ítems respondidos por el 50% o más de los sujetos.La discriminación de los ítems de la prueba se ha realizado utilizando la fórmula correlación ítem-puntuación total corregida. Del total analizado los ítems 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 15, 17, 18 y 19 no discriminan entre los sujetos evaluados. El grado de dificultad se ha calculado teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de sujetos que respondieron acertadamente al ítem. Los ítems 3, 12 y 2 resultaron fáciles, y que el ítem 16 resultó difícil. Los resultados permiten concluir que el tiempo de la prueba debe ser modificado en las futuras aplicaciones puesto que es un factor que imposibilita el análisis de la totalidad de los ítems y de las características de la prueba completa, debido a que el mismo es insuficiente para la mayoría de los sujetos. The items discrimination was performed using the correlation formula: item-corrected total score. Of the total analyzed, the items 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 15, 17, 18 and 19 do not discriminate between subjects evaluated. The degree of difficulty was calculated keeping in mind the number of subjects who responded correctly to the item. The items 2, 3 and 12 were easy, and the item 16 was difficult. The results show that the time of the test must be modified in future applications, as it is a factor which precludes the analysis of totality of the items and the characteristics of the entire test, because it is insufficient for most subjects.
