Se establecerán algunas conclusiones de la Investigación UBACYT 2010-1012 “PROYECTOS TERAPÉUTICOS BAJO LA CLÍNICA PSICOANALÍTICA EN EL HOSPITAL PÚBLICO”, un estudio descriptivo interpretativo sobre 50 tratamientos realizados en el servicio de Salud Mental del Hospital Central de San Isidro. El objetivo general fue establecer la eficacia de los tratamientos conducidos desde la perspectiva del psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana, acotado a los plazos institucionales hospitalarios de 16 sesiones.A lo largo del tratamiento, entrevista por entrevista, el terapeuta fue registrando las interpretaciones, la evolución del motivo de consulta, figuras transferenciales, puntualizaciones sobre los síntomas, etc., y al final del mismo, un agente externo mantuvo una entrevista semidirigida con el paciente en la cual se obtuvo un testimonio sobre el tratamiento. La población de estudio fueron 50 casos de pacientes mayores de 21 años de ambos sexos, que demandaron sólo un tratamiento individual por padecimiento psíquico de urgencia, sin cita previa. Palabras Clave Clínica psicoanalítica, Tratamientos, Eficacia, Tiempo Abstract FINDINGS OFTHE STUDYABOUTTREATMENTS OF 16 INTERVIVIEWS, WITH PSYCHOANALYTIC ORIENTATION, IN THE PUBLIC HOSPITAL Some findings of the UBACyT Project 2010-2012 “Psychoanalytic therapy projects in public hospitals” will be establish; an interpretive descriptive study was done from 50 treatments performed at the Mental Health service of the Central Hospital of San Isidro. The overall objective was to establish the efficacy of treatments conducted from the perspective of psychoanalysis in the Lacanian orientation, limited to institutional periods of 16 sessions. Throughout the treatment, interview by interview, therapists recorded performances; the evolution of the complaint, transference figures, remarks about the symptoms, etc., and at the conclusion of the treatment, a foreign agent held a semi structured interview with the patient in which was obtained a testimony about the treatment. The study population included 50 cases of patients over 21 years of both sexes, who claimed only a treatment for mental health urgency, without prior appointment.
