En el marco de una investigación en curso (x) hemos abordado el problema de la clínica diferencial concerniente a los síntomas “obsesivos”, analizando la envoltura formal así como la estructura y función que adquieren en neurosis y psicosis. Nos resulta de interés delimitar la función del diagnostico en Psicoanálisis, necesario para establecer las condiciones de posibilidad para la cura analítica y dirección del tratamiento. A partir de esto, cuestionamos la perspectiva de los DSM que hacen de la categoría o del espectro TOC, un conjunto de trastornos que desconoce el valor estructural de la dimensión del síntoma y la función que cumple en contextos diferenciados. Por último, abordaremos dos casos clínicos del Servicio de Externación del Hospital Alejandro Korn diagnosticados como TOC, para efectuar un análisis de las entrevistas diagnósticas que contemple los signos de estructura que permiten situar al sujeto en las coordenadas de la psicosis y/o neurosis señalando en cada caso el arreglo particular del sujeto, que nos introduce en la singularidad de las invenciones logradas o fallidas elaboradas después del encuentro con un real imposible de soportar. x“Estructura y función de las obsesiones en neurosis y psicosis” Cátedra de Psicopatología I,Facultad de Psicología UNLP (20102013) Palabras Clave Diagnóstico, Psicoanálisis, TOC Abstract ¿TOC?
