El objetivo de este trabajo es poder dar cuenta de los lineamientos generales de la Investigación Ubacyt , referida a los aportes a la clínica de las afecciones psicosomáticas y enfermedades autoinmunes desde el psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana. En este Proyecto estamos analizando los casos de sujetos que padecen dolencias que en la actualidad son llamadas desde el campo médico de desregulación del sistema inmune y sujetos que padecen enfermedades autoinmunes. Las hipótesis de esta Investigación están referidas a la particularidad de la estructuración subjetiva de los sujetos que padecen estas dolencias, a las configuraciones subjetivas del momento de desencadenamiento de la lesión y a la singularidad de la Dirección de la Cura en estos casos. En este trabajo, por otra parte, presentaremos el desarrollo de una cura de un sujeto que padece una afección autoinmune, tratando de articular en esta presentación clínica los desarrollos que hemos podido construir después del análisis de más de cien casos clínicos Palabras Clave Nominación, Sinthome, Psicosomática Abstract ABOUT THE CLINIC OF PSYCHOSOMATIC PHENOMENA The goal of this work is to report the general guidelines in the research at Ubacyt, referring to the contributions to the clinic of the psychosomatic disorders and autoimmune diseases from the psychoanalysis of lacanian orientation. On this project we are studying the cases of subjects that suffer from disorders that at present are called from the medical perspective as desregulating of the immune system and of individuals that suffer from autoimmune diseases. The hypothesis of this research refers to the characteristics of the subjective structuration of the individuals that suffer from these disorders, to the subjective configurations at the time of the triggering of the lesion and to the singularity of the Direction of the Cure on these cases. In addition, we will present the development of the cure of an individual that suffers from an autoimmune disorder, aiming at articulating through this presentation the developments that we were able to build after the analysis of over one hundred clinical cases.
