La transmisión de la Ética Profesional es lo que nos proponemos abordar en este trabajo. Consideramos que es la posibilidad que entrelaza ética y enseñanza Para ello tomamos como objeto de aprendizaje el artículo de la Lic. Susana Toporosi: “Abuso sexual. Testimonio de una psicoanalista en un juicio oral” Nuestro interés consiste en analizar que sucede cuando un analista es citado a declarar como testigo en un juicio. Al trascender los límites del consultorio, la actuación del analista adquiere estado público. Esta participación es un desafío, deberá resolver como sostener el Secreto Profesional y el Derecho a la Privacidad, asimismo dar cuenta de su competencia científica como Psicoanalista. La participación profesional es puesta al servicio de ideales de justicia y reparación y al cuidado de la vida e integridad psíquica de la paciente. Declarar como testigo ante el abuso sexual que sufrió la paciente por el padre, implica demostrar que desde la teoría a la que adhiere, se pueden hacer afirmaciones que adquieran el valor de una prueba en un juicio. En particular, la finalidad consiste en promover la posibilidad de que la Ley Jurídica opere donde la prohibición del incesto no fue efectiva y poner fin a la experiencia perversa.
