La condición intraducible del mito permite alojar en su estructura, aquello que lo extrae de un intento de explicación y aporta al sujeto la posibilidad de armar su propia lengua portadora de su intraducible verdad. Persiste el Mito de Edipo en el discurso en tanto coloca en su estructura aquello que cada sujeto porta de su propia lengua en un decir sobre lo Real, ahí donde lo imposible no cesa de no escribirse. Lo imposible del incesto en el mito, lo imposible de la estructura en “la relación sexual no existe”. Palabras Clave Mito, Saber, Verdad, Letra Abstract THE TRUTH OF THE MYTH (OR THE MYTH IN RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TRUTH) The untranslatable condition of the myth allows to lodge in its structure that thing which extracts it from an attempt of explanation, and gives the subject the possibility to create his own language carrying his own untranslatable truth. The Oedipus myth persists in the speech meanwhile it allocates in its structure the things that each subject carries in his own language in a way of speaking about what is Real, there where the impossible does not cease to write itself.
