El presente artículo apunta a esclarecer la articulación posible entre la noción de responsabilidad en el campo del Derecho penal y la de responsabilidad en el campo del Psicoanálisis. A tal fin, habrá de plantearse la diferencia fundamental que existe entre una y otra para poder luego, desde esa diferencia intentar tender un puente de enlace posible con el que el Psicoanálisis pueda realizar un aporte a fin de ampliar la noción de responsabilidad penal con el objeto de mejorar la administración de justicia. Así se habrán de tomar los elementos que en Freud permiten pensar la responsabilidad en el campo del Psicoanálisis. La temporalidad en dos tiempos sostenida de la función del intervalo, la formulación del reproche como signo del efecto sujeto, efecto de división y la dimensión pulsional como exigencia de satisfacción masoquista que divide al sujeto, enajenándolo respecto de su yo. Con estos aportes se intentará interrogar la noción de responsabilidad penal y los dispositivos actuales de administración de justicia. This article aims to clarify the possible link between the notion of responsibility in the field of criminal law and liability in the field of psychoanalysis. To this end, shall consider the fundamental difference between them in order then, since that dispute try to bridge possible link with which psychoanalysis can make a contribution to extend the notion of criminal responsibility with the to improve the administration of justice. This will take the elements that lead us to responsibility in the field of psychoanalysis.
