En el marco del proyecto de investigación “Cuestiones éticas de la Psicología en el ámbito jurídico y otros contextos institucionales. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo en base a una investigación cualicuantitativa” este trabajo intenta reflexionar acerca de las cuestiones dilemáticas que se presentan en la clínica de niños cuando del secreto profesional se trata. Las preguntas acerca de la función del psicólogo allí donde debe tomar posición pensando en una noción de responsabilidad profesional compuesta por dos dimensiones: dimensión clínica y campo normativo. Abstract PROFESSIONAL SECRET: ETHICAL DILEMMAS IN THE CHILDREN’S CLINIC In the frame of the project of investigation “Ethical issues of Psychology in the legal scope and other institutional contexts. Descriptive exploratory study on the basis of a cuali-quantitative investigation.” we will try to think about dilemmatic situations that we find in the children’s clinic when the professional secret appears. We have some questions about the psychologist function when we must take position thinking a notion of professional responsibility composed by two dimensions:clinical dimension and normative field.
