El presente trabajo interroga y problematiza la lógica de la construcción de casos en psicoanálisis luego de haber realizado una revisión de los historiales freudianos; tal como Lacan decía en el retorno a Freud, hay que volver a los fundamentos, revisar el sentido de la práctica para evitar las desviaciones. ¿Para qué escribía Freud sus casos? Para transmitir su teoría y dar cuenta de su clínica, Freud estaba preocupado por demostrar la existencia del inconciente a sus contemporáneos, por eso sus casos tienen dos destinatarios: los psicoanalistas y la sociedad de Viena ante la que debe dar cuentas de su invención. Freud estaba preocupado por la supervivencia del psicoanálisis, que lo sobreviviera, esto sucedió pero el psicoanálisis nunca ganó un terreno de “pleno derecho”; hoy discutimos con el DSM y las neurociencias, interlocutores también “descreídos del inconciente”, para sobrevivir debemos estar a la altura de la discusión, revisar la manera que tenemos de transmitir la práctica, construir teoría y renovar las preguntas. Palabras Clave Psicoanálisis, Caso, Enunciación, Argumentación Abstract THE PROBLEMATIC OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CASE IN PSICOANÁLISIS This work interrogates and problematized the logic of the construction of the case in psychoanalysis after having conducted a thorough review of the Freudian histories; such as Lacan said in the return to Freud, we must go back to the basics, check the meaning of the practice to avoid deviations. ¿Why did Freud write his cases? Because he wanted to transmite his theory and give notes of his clinic, Freud was Concerned to demonstratetheexistenceoftheunconscioustohiscontemporaries, which is why their cases have two audiences: the psychoanalysts and the society of Vienna before the that must give account for his invention. Freud was concerned for the survival of psychoanalysis, which survive, this happened but the psychoanalysis has never won a field of “right”; today we are discussing with the DSM and the neurosciences, partners also “sceptics of the unconscious”, in order to survive we must be to the height of the discussion, revise the way that we have to transmit the practice, build theory and renew the questions.
