El objetivo del presente trabajo es examinar la modalidad que asume el inconsciente en la psicosis desde la perspectiva de Jacques Lacan. Se escoge como eje de análisis el aforismo lacaniano “el inconsciente esta estructurado como un lenguaje”. En primer lugar, se parte de la investigación del mecanismo de la negación, para diferenciar el retorno en lo simbólico del retorno en lo real. Posteriormente, se examina la tesis “el psicótico mártir del inconsciente, y por último la tesis referida a Joyce como “desabonado del inconsciente”. La conclusión del recorrido supone que la primer tesis podría ser exclusiva del campo de la psicosis, mientras que la segunda abarca tanto el campo neurótico como psicótico. Palabras Clave Inconsciente, Negación, Psicosis, Neurosis Abstract THE UNCONSCIOUS ONE LIKE AN ARTICULATED LANGUAGE: HIS STATUTE IN THE PSYCHOSIS The aim of the present work is to examine the modality that the unconscious one assumes in the psychosis of the perspective of Jacques Lacan. The conclusion is that his first thesis might be an exclusive right of the field of the psychosis, whereas the second thesis includes both to the psychosis and to the neurosis.
