En el año 1976 hasta 1983 se produjo en laArgentina un golpe militar donde se llevó a cabo un plan sistemático de desaparición forzada de personas. Muchoshijosdedesaparecidosfueronapropiadosporlostorturadores y asesinos de sus padres. A esos niños se les privó de su verdadera identidad y filiación. Las Madres y Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo emplean el término “restitución” para describir el proceso de reunión de los niños con sus familias de origen que exige atención en los niveles individual, familiar y social. ¿Cómo abordar una tarea clínica con esos niños y familiares sin que queden estigmatizados en esa categoría de víctimas y lograr que haya una restitución subjetiva ante el sometimiento al que fueron expuestos? La tarea de restitución no es solo una acción normativa legal, es también la elaboración subjetiva de aquél al que se le sustrajo la identidad. El psicoanálisis desde su ética,plantea la instalación de un dispositivo analítico que permita volver posible la cadena simbólica que le dio un nombre y un lugar en su trama generacional y la verdad sobre el deseo inconsciente,restituyendo ese lugar que se pretendió arrebatar y posibilitando el genuino entrelazamiento de su historia. THE PSYCHOANALYTIC ETHIC IN HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATIONS From 1976 till 1983, a military stroke happened in Argentina, where a systematized plan of forced disappearance of people was made. Many sons of missing people were appropriated by their father’s torturers and killers. The real identity and filiation of these kids was hidden. The Mothers and Grandmothers of “Plaza de Mayo”, use the term of “restitution” to describe the join process between this kids with their originally families, that require attention in the individual, familiar and social level. How to abord a clinical work with these kids and their families,without fix them in this victim category, and make a subjective restitution despite the submission to which they were exposed? The restitution work is not only a legal normative action, is also a subjective elaboration from these whose identity was subtracted. From the ethic of the psychoanalysis, it is proposed the installation of an analytic method, that allows to be possible the symbolic chain that gives a name and a place to their generational weave, and the truth about his unconscious desire, making the restitution of these place that was pretended to be stole, and making possible the genuine interlacement of their history.
