El siguiente trabajo intenta ser un acercamiento entre la psicología Institucional y las concepciones sobre las instituciones de Frederich Nietzche, articulando con una intervención institucionalista en curso. Se retoma la noción Nietzcheana de “formas de vida descendentes” en la cual incluye a las instituciones, buscando puntos de encuentro y desencuentro, con las concepciones clásicas de las instituciones, especialmente desde la psicología institucional psicoanalítica. Desde el perspectivismo Nietzcheano, se abren preguntas que a ser saldadas desde la Psicología Institucional, especialmente en lo referido a la crítica de la noción de identidad. Tanto la de las instituciones, como la del analista institucional. Se vuelve así necesario repensar la pregunta: ¿Qué es la Psicología Institucional?. Si no hay identidades fijas, es necesarios reformular la pregunta, ya no por la identidad, sino por el como hacer. Cambiar el interrogante hacia los medios, abandonar los objetivos. La pregunta pasa a ser por la técnica.Es una pregunta por la táctica,en detrimento de las estrategias, abriendo camino a una ética de las mutaciones, tanto de las instituciones como de los analistas. Se propone así, sumar a la dupla clásica investigación-acción una tercera dimensión en el como hacer institucionalista: el propio análisis.
