El presente trabajo se inscribe en el marco del proyecto de investigación, que se propone conocer las actuales articulaciones entre los saberes enseñados en la Facultad de Psicología –UNLP-, las prácticas profesionales que producen y las demandas emergentes en las Instituciones Públicas Sociales: Salud, Desarrollo Social y Seguridad y Justicia, en la ciudad de La Plata y Gran La Plata. Nos centraremos en indagar, en el texto de la ley 13.298 y su decreto reglamentario 300, qué dispositivos de intervención proponen haciendopieenelobjetivoprincipaldeley:-garantizarlapermanencia del niño, niña y adolescente en su núcleo familiar. ¿Qué saberes y qué herramientas requieren los psicólogos para implementar y diseñar dispositivos de abordajes acordes a este principio de la ley 13.298? ¿Cuál es la relación entre esos sabereshaceres y la institución que produce profesionales psicólogos? Indagar estos anudamientos y relaciones resulta necesario,a los fines de la presente investigación, dado que los dispositivos se producen en referencia a ciertos cuerpos de saberes, en tanto los saberes son fundadores de prácticas. The present work registers within the framework of the investigation project, that one sets out to know the present joints between saberes taught in Faculty of Psychology - UNLP-, the professional practices that produce and the emergent demands in Social Public institutions: Health,Social Development and Security and Justice,in the city of the Great Silver and the Silver. We will be centered in investigating, the text of 13,298 law and its prescribed decree 300, what intervention devices propose making foot in the primary target of law: - to guarantee the permanence of the boy, girl and adolescent in its familiar nucleus.
