A partir de la informatización educativa que promovió la Provincia de San Luis, se entrevistó a docentes para conocer el significado y repercusión que tal práctica genera en las/os estudiantes en relación a su seguridad desde la línea de investigación de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis titulada “Versiones y Visiones de las Nuevas Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TICs): la seguridad de las/os niñas/os y adolescentes. Los resultados indicaron que aquéllos, denotan un desconocimiento sobre la posibilidad de implementar herramientas destinadas a resguardar a las/os menores de los riesgos que involucra navegar en Internet. Esto despertó el interés por explorar la existencia de marcos legales e institucionales protectivos en el espacio judicial de la provincia de San Luis respecto de esta política específica. El régimen jurídico nacional e internacional establece responsabilidades estatales a la nación argentina, observando todo el camino que aún resta por recorrerse. En tal sentido en esta investigación, se realizó un puntual rastreo sobre denuncias así como de lugares de competencia especializada en seguridad informática, no registrándose al momento datos al respecto, lo que evidenciaría ausencia de respuesta judicial en el orden preventivo así como de intervención en esta materia. Palabras Clave educación, justicia, adolescentes, seguridad Abstract SECURITY OFTEENAGERS:FROMTHE COMPUTING EDUCATION FIELD TO THE JUDICIAL SCENARIO From the educational technification promoted in the Province of San Luis, teachers were interviewed for the meaning and impact that this practice generates in the students in relation to their security from the research at the National University of San Luis entitled “Versions and Visions of New Technologies of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs): The girls / boys and adolescents’ security”. Results showed that there is a lack of knowledge about the possibility of implementing tools to protect the youngsters from the risks involved in surfing Internet. This aroused the interest of exploring the existence of protective legal and institutional frameworks in the judicial area of San Luis City, on this specific policy. The national and international legal regime established state responsibilities to the nation of Argentina, watching all the way still to be walked. In this regard, as noted in our local research a specific tracking was made as well as on competition sites specializing in computer security, we found that no data was recorded at the time about it, declaring the absence of judicial response in the preventive and interventional issue in this matter.
