Este proyecto tiene como objetivo el análisis del discurso de operadores/as de justicia que están en contacto con las víctimas del delito de trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual para indagar que representaciones sobre las mencionadas subyacen a sus quehaceres y de qué manera estas representaciones podrían llegar a obstaculizar la restitución de los derechos vulnerados de las personas damnificadas.Asimismo se busca aportar a la comprensión de cómo se construye la “situación de vulnerabilidad” definida por la Ley 26.364. Para ello se considerarán las variables de género, clase, etáreas y étnicas. La metodología utilizada para esta investigación es de tipo cualitativa. Me centraré en el análisis de las entrevistas individuales semiestructuradas que mantuve con operadores/as judiciales que tienen experiencia directa en el trabajo con casos de trata.Además analizaré fallos judiciales de los primeros casos de trata de personas que han llegado a la instancia de juicio oral en nuestro país. Palabras Clave trata, víctimas, vulnerabilidad, género Abstract “WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT ME: AN ANALYSIS OF THE JUDICIAL DISCOURSE ABOUT VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFIC FOR PURPOSES OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION IN ARGENTINA” The goal of this project is to analyze the type of discourse used by judicial officials who are in contact with victims of human trafficking for purposes of sexual exploitation in order to investigate which of the previously mentioned representations underlie its duties and in which way these representations could hinder the restitution of the victims violated rights.In this way,we will try to shed some new lights on how the “vulnerabilty situation”, defined by Act 26.364 is built. In order to do this, we will take into consideration the gender, social class, age and ethnicity variables. The type of methodology used for this research is a qualitative one. I’ll focus on the analysis of semi-structured individual interviews I had with judicial officials who hace direct experience in working on human trafficking cases.
