El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la efectividad de un programa de intervención en el vínculo madre a hijo en mujeres que dejan por primera vez a su hijo en el preescolar. Para lograr dicho objetivo se realizó un estudio pre-post con un solo grupo de ocho mujeres con hijos de tres años. El instrumento utilizado para la evaluación del vínculo fue el Instrumento de Lazos Parentales (PBI) que además de evaluar el vínculo parental, evalúa la percepción de afecto y control. Se encontró que tanto para las escalas de afecto como de control hubo un aumento en las puntuaciones, sin embargo únicamenteenlaescaladeafectodichoaumentoesestadísticamente significativo. Respecto al tipo de vínculo, se encontró que el número de personas con vínculo óptimo aumentó de manera significativa. Se discute además la posibilidad de las participantes de poder verbalizar las fantasías que tenían con relación al preescolar al cual su hijo ingresaba por primera vez,compartiendo entre ellas mismas temores con relación al cuidado y la protección de sus hijos por parte de las profesoras. Palabras Clave Afecto, Control,Vínculo,Apego Abstract EFFECTIVENESS OF AN INTERVENTION PROGRAM ON MOTHERCHILD RELATIONSHIP IN WOMEN WHO QUIT FOR THE FIRST TIME YOUR CHILD IN PRESCHOOL The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of an intervention program on mother-child relationship in women who quit for the first time your child in preschool.To achieve this we conducted a pre-post study with one group of eight women with children around three years.The instrument used to evaluate the link was the Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI) in addition to evaluating the parental bond, assesses the perception of affection and control. We found that both scales there were an increase in scores,however only affect the scale of this increase is statistically significant. Regarding the type of link, it was found that the number of people with optimal bond increased significantly. We also discuss the ability of participants to verbalize fantasies they had with respect to which your child preschool entered for the first time,sharing with each other fears regarding the care and protection of their children by the teachers.
