El presente trabajo forma parte del Plan de Beca “La función del psicólogo en prácticas jurídicas con niños y adolescentes: problemáticas éticas del diálogo disciplinar”, el cual se inscribe en el Proyecto de Investigación Cuestiones éticas de la psicología en el ámbito jurídico y otros contextos institucionales. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo en base a una investigación cuali-cuantitativa. (UBACyT 2010-2012. Directora: Prof. Gabriela Z. Salomone). En el marco del diálogo disciplinar que se establece entre la Psicología y el Derecho cuando los psicólogos son convocados por el ámbito jurídico, o bien cuando los primeros acuden a éste último, en este artículo nos interesa analizar dos situaciones de la clínica, con niños, en que los analistas hacen un uso clínico de la interlocución con lo jurídico, concretamente a partir de los informes remitidos a los juzgados. En otro lugar ya hemos situado los posibles problemas éticos para el psicólogo a partir de la redacción de informes para el ámbito jurídico. En esta ocasión, en cambio, proponemos ilustrar, a partir de estos dos recortes, el valor clínico insoslayable que tales informes pueden comportar cuando son concebidos y empleados desde una posición ética. This paper is part of the scholarship project titled “The function of psychologists involved in juridical practice with children and Adolescents: ethical issues within the cross-disciplinary dialogue”, which is part of the ongoing research project Ethical issues of Psychology in the legal scope and other institutional contexts. Within the frame of the disciplinary dialogue that is established between Psychology and Law when the psychologists are requested by the juridical context, or when they present themselves to the judiciary institution, in this article we intend to analyze two situations in the psychological practice with children, in which the analysts make a clinical use of the interaction with the juridical, specifically with the reports sent to the court. In another occasion, we have already established the possible ethical problems that the writing of reports for judicial contexts may arise for the psychologists. However, in this opportunity, we propose to illustrate, from these two situations, the clinical importance that such reports may acquire when they are elaborated and employed from an ethical position.
