El presente trabajo forma parte del Plan de Beca “La función del psicólogo en prácticas jurídicas con niños y adolescentes: problemáticas éticas del diálogo disciplinar”, el cual se inscribe en el Proyecto de Investigación Cuestiones éticas de la psicología en el ámbito jurídico y otros contextos institucionales. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo en base a una investigación cuali-cuantitativa. (UBACyT 2010-2012. Directora: Prof. Gabriela Z. Salomone). Este artículo versa sobre la práctica del psicólogo en instituciones para el abordaje de las toxicomanías y con pacientes adolescentes, práctica a partir de la cual nos proponemos relevar algunos aspectos ético-deontológicos propios del campo delimitado,para luego indagar acerca de posibles problemas éticos para los psicólogos. La perspectiva ética que adoptamos no se agota en el campo Deontológico, sino que incluye la dimensión singular del caso. Desde tal perspectiva,primero,tomaremos como referencia algunos códigos deontológicos así como ciertas leyes nacionales que enmarcan jurídicamente nuestra práctica profesional. Luego, analizaremos algunas situaciones clínicas que surgen de las entrevistas realizadas en nuestra investigación,para intentar establecer posibles problemas éticos. Abstract SOME ETHICAL AND DEONTOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE INSTITUTIONAL APPROACH OF THE TOXICOMANIA, IN THE CASE OF ADOLESCENT PATIENTS. This paper is part of the scholarship project titled “The function of psychologists involved in juridical practice with children and Adolescents: ethical issues within the cross-disciplinary dialogue”, which is part of the ongoing research project Ethical issues of Psychology in the legal scope and other institutional contexts. This article deals with the practice of psychologists working in institutions for the treatment of toxicomania and with adolescent patients. From such practice, we propose to detail some ethical and deontological aspects that are specific of the field that is established. Afterwards, we will inquire into some ethical problems that could arise for the psychologists. The ethical perspective that we adopt is not restricted to the Deontological field, but it includes the singular dimension of each case. From this perspective, first, we will take the reference of some deontological codes as well as some national laws that conform the juridical frame of our professional practice. Then, we will analyze some clinical situations that we have collected from the interviews we made in our research, in order to establish possible ethical problems.
