Se presenta el tercer avance sobre los efectos de las creencias asociadas al consumo en 122 individuos de ambos sexos, entre 16 y 62 años, que concurrieron al Servicio de Adicciones del Hospital Álvarez, desde agosto de 2008 a abril de 2012. Así mismo se evidencia las modalidades de abordaje que presenta el servicio, y el tratamiento implementado para cada uno de los entrevistados, léase terapias grupales, individuales, hospital de día, tratamiento combinado o el abandono del tratamiento indicado. Para esta investigación se realizó un cuestionario por medio del cual se ha indagado sobre el entorno psico-social de la persona a admitir y de su historia de consumo. De los datos recogidos, priorizamos para este estudio la edad del individuo, edad de inicio de consumo, frecuencia y tipo de droga consumida, cantidad de tratamientos anteriores, el puntaje obtenido en el cuestionario de creencias sobre el consumo de Beck y cols, y los primeros resultados de retest. Los resultados de los cuestionarios implementados demostraron los diferentes niveles de creencias sostenedoras del consumo de la población estudiada, de acuerdo a su edad cronología y tiempo de evolución de la patología. El análisis de los mismos se efectuó utilizando el modelo cognitivo-conductual desarrollado por Beck para el tratamiento de las adicciones. Palabras Clave Adicciones creencias sustancias TCC Abstract “DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH ON BELIEFS ASSOCIATED WITH CONSUMPTION IN PATIENTS SUBSTANCE ABUSERS (THIRD PRESENTATION)” We present the third installment of the effects of the beliefs associated with consumption in 122 subjects of both sexes between 16 and 62 years old, who atended to the Hospital Álvarez Addiction Service,from august 2008 to april 2012. Also evident modalities of approach that presents the service, and treatment implemented for each of the interviewees, read group therapy, individual therapy, diurnal hospital, combined treatment or neglect of treatment indicated. For this research was carried out a questionnaire by means of which it has unearthed on the psycho-social environment of the person to admit and its history of consumption. Of the data collected, we prioritize for this study, the age of the individual, age of consumption initiation, frequency and type of drug consumed, amount of earlier treatments and score obtained in the questionnaire of beliefs about the consumption of Beck et al., and the first results of retest. The analysis of the results of the questionnaires implemented showed different levels of beliefs that sustain the consumption of the studied population according to their chronological age and time of evolution of the pathology.
