Una de las mayores dificultades que se enfrenta desde la orientación lacaniana del psicoanálisis viene dada por ese mandato hipermoderno de la resolución inmediata de todas y cada una de las dificultades con las que deben enfrentarse las personas en el camino de encontrarle una lógica deseante a sus vidas. En ese marco, y considerando la lógica superestructural-cultural posmoderna que busca otorgarle instantaneidad a todo lo que signifique tropiezos en la vida del hombre, el psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana tiene que vérselas con ese mandato para encajar en la maquinaria de las “fast solutions”. La oferta de diferentes objetos droga para que los sujetos consuman responde a una lógica temporal que no tolera el “tiempo de comprender”. Y con esa inmediatez la orientación lacaniana debe construir su eficiencia. En la clínica con pacientes toxicómanos el psicoanálisis suele recibir acusaciones, no desinteresadas, de interminable e ineficaz. En este punto, la idea de una pragmática lacaniana y su eficiencia como contraposición a la pretendida eficacia de otras corrientes buscará constituirse en el aporte por el cual este trabajo pretende sentar posición acerca del modo con el que el psicoanálisis tiene que vérselas con las formas actuales del sufrimiento subjetivo en general, y con las toxicomanías en particular. Palabras clave Psicoanálisis, Orientación Lacaniana, Eficiencia, Toxicomanías ABSTRACT ABOUT LACANIAN EFFICIENCY AND THE REGULATION DRUG ADDICTION ENJOYMENT One of the greatest difficulties facing the Lacanian orientation of psychoanalysis is given by that hypermodern mandate of the immediate resolution of each and every one of the difficulties with which the people must face in the way of finding a desiring logic to their lives. In this context, and considering the postmodern superstructural-cultural logic that seeks to give instantaneousity to everything that implies stumbling in the life of man, Lacanianoriented psychoanalysis has to deal with that mandate to fit into the machinery of the “fast solutions”. The offers of different drug objects for subjects to consume respond to a temporal logic that does not tolerate the “time to understand”. And with that immediacy the Lacanian orientation must build its efficiency. In the clinic with drug addicted patients, psychoanalysis often receives accusations, not disinterested, interminable and ineffective. At this point, the idea of a Lacanian pragmatics and its efficiency as opposed to the intended efficacy of other currents will seek to constitute the contribution by which this work intends to establish position on the way in which psychoanalysis has to deal with current forms of subjective suffering in general, and of drug addiction in particular.
