El texto se interroga el valor de las palabras y del decir en una época donde todo se da a ver y donde proliferan los enunciados vacíos. Partiendo de la pregunta por la entidad de esos enunciados, se sitúa lo que enseñan los testimonios en derechos humanos. Se caracteriza lo traumático como el encuentro a solas con la pulsión de muerte, se indagan las respuestas del sujeto que valen como experiencia y testimonio. Con el recurso del testimonio se intenta inscribir la existencia interminable de un imposible estructural. Por eso ligadura es la respuesta ante la pulsión de muerte que promueve un lazo a la vida. Starting from the question by the entity of these statements, it is located what the testimonies teach in human rights. It is characterized as traumatic as the encounter alone with the death drive, the answers of the subject that are worth as experience and testimony are investigated. With the recourse of testimony we try to inscribe the endless existence of a structural impossible.That is why ligature is the answer to the death drive that promotes a bond to life.
