En el año 1966, el Dr Lacan, es invitado a participar de una mesa redonda en el Colegio de Medicina de la Salpetriere con el fin de intercambiar ideas con médicos muy reconocidos sobre el lugar del psicoanálisis en la medicina. Producto de dicho intercambio y debate se publicará tiempo después un escrito que lleva por nombre Psicoanálisis y Medicina. En dicha alocución Lacan nos sorprende con algunas invocaciones provocadoras y precursoras para su época. Este trabajo tiene la intención de relacionar algunas de estas ideas con aportes que extraemos del filósofo contemporáneo Byung-Chul Han, para arribar a una hipótesis de trabajo que propone definir a las toxicomanías como la pornografía del goce. In 1966, Dr. Lacan is invited to take part in a round table at the Sapetriere’s Medicine College with the aim of interchanging concepts about the role of psychonalysis in medicine with really wellknown and respected doctors. The result of that meeting and debate is a piece of writing called Psychoanalysis and Medicine, to be published later on. In that particular writing, Lacan surprises us with some provocative, ahead of their time interventions. The aim of this piece of work is to relate some of these ideas to contributions made by the current philosopher Byung-Chul Han.
