Se presentan avances del Proyecto de investigación 200201301 00144BA El Síntoma, El Sentido y lo Real en el Último Período de la Enseñanza de Lacan (1971-81). Nos proponemos algunas consideraciones en torno a lo imaginario y el cuerpo a partir de conceptualizaciones del último período de la enseñanza de Lacan. Lo que toma relieve en este período es el vuelco que produce cuando introduce en “La Tercera” por primera vez los tres registros anudados, Simbólico, Imaginario y Real (en ese orden), tornándolos equivalentes a los tres.Así lo Imaginario es retomado para subvertir una vez más el camino. “(…) es en tanto que esta tríada existe porque allí se conjuga la adición de lo Imaginario que el espacio en tanto que sensible se encuentra reducido a ese mínimo de tres dimensiones, o sea por su ligazón a lo Simbólico y a lo Real”, afirma en RSI. (LACAN, 1974, 10-12-74). El recorrido implica un estado de trabajo sobre la imagen y el cuerpo en el marco del saber hacer con el síntoma, saber hacer allí, que Lacan plantea en el final del análisis.
