El presente resumen tiene como objetivo realizar una aproximación al lugar del psicólogo dentro de un dispositivo interdisciplinario de consejería de pre y post aborto en el primer nivel de atención. Los interrogantes que atraviesan el trabajo apuntan a elucidar la función del discurso analítico en el dispositivo, sin perder de vista la complejidad del entrecruzamiento con otros discursos. En estas líneas se intenta vislumbrar el abordaje de la problemática del aborto, desde una perspectiva de la salud integral, enmarcado en la reducción de riesgos y daños, incluyendo una lectura de los atravesamientos socio-históricos, políticos y económicos. El dispositivo es de demanda espontánea y se otorga la información correspondiente para realizar el procedimiento de un modo seguro, bajo los lineamientos de la OMS y enmarcado en el protocolo de ILE. Se desarrollan tres entrevistas semi-estructuradas, evaluando la salud integral de la mujer durante el proceso. El escrito es un intento de elucidar nuestra posición ética como psicoanalistas, ante una práctica tan controvertida socialmente como el aborto. Atravesada por dilemas éticos, morales, ideológicos, legales y religiosos. En busca de alojar el padecimiento subjetivo, sin invisibilizar la necesidad de intervenir sobre las condiciones sociales y políticas de la producción de dichas problemáticas. AN EXPERIENCE IN THE FIRST LEVEL OF ATTENTION The present summary aims to make an approximation to the place of the psychologist within an interdisciplinary device of pre and post abortion counseling at the first level of care. The questions that cross the work point to elucidate the function of the analytic discourse in the device, without losing sight of the complexity of the intertwining with other discourses. In these lines we try to glimpse the approach to the problem of abortion, from a comprehensive health perspective, framed in the reduction of risks and damages, including a reading of socio-historical, political and economic crossings.The device is of spontaneous demand and the corresponding information is given to carry out the procedure in a safe way, under the guidelines of the OMS and framed in the protocol of ILE. Three semi-structured interviews are developed, evaluating the integral health of women during the process. The writing is an attempt to elucidate our ethical position as psychoanalysts, before a practice as controversial socially as abortion. Traversed by ethical, moral, ideological, legal and religious dilemmas. In search of housing the subjective suffering, without making invisible the need to intervene on the social and political conditions of the production of such problems.
