En la actualidad un tema de suma preocupación social es el aumento de hechos violentos que alteran la convivencia y paz social.Así, el aumento significativo de delitos que incluyen la violencia de género, y la adecuación de la legislación vigente a tal circunstancia, ha impuesto fácticamente la imperiosa necesidad de brindar una sólida formación académica en tal sentido. Desde el marco científico conceptual lo más importante es comprender cómo se origina tales hechos, qué determinantes existen en la sociedad actual para la generación de estos fenómenos y entender por qué se desencadenan. Se considera que así, el estudio de las diversas formas en que se presenta la agresividad humana en nuestro contexto social, abre caminos para intervenir eficazmente sobre la realidad imperante, sea a modo de intervenciones de carácter preventivo, diagnóstico y/o asistencial. Las manifestaciones de violencia en diferentes estamentos de la vida cotidiana: violencia urbana/social, violencia familiar, violencia de género, violencia escolar, violencia en el trabajo, violencia discriminatoria, etc., actualmente se presentan con más frecuencia e intensidad en los vínculos; patentizando falencias en la estructuración de la subjetividad y en la construcción del cuerpo social. Por ello, estimamos prioritario la actualización sobre los conceptos y manifestaciones de violencias. Palabras clave Violencia, Familia, Género ABSTRACT FAMILY AND GENDER VIOLENCE:TRANSDISCIPLINARY INTERVENTIONS Nowadays, a subject of great social concern is the increase of violent acts that alter the coexistence and social peace. Thus, the significant increase in crimes that include gender-based violence, and the adaptation of existing legislation to such a circumstance, has in fact imposed the imperative need to provide a solid academic training in this regard. From the conceptual scientific framework the most important is to understand how these facts originate, what determinants exist in the current society for the generation of these phenomena and to understand why they are unchained. It is considered that, thus, the study of the various forms in which human aggressiveness is presented in our social context, opens the way to intervene effectively on the prevailing reality, either by means of preventive, diagnostic and / or care interventions. The manifestations of violence in different levels of daily life: urban / social violence, family violence, gender violence, school violence, violence at work, discriminatory violence, etc., are now more frequent and intense in the links; Patenting shortcomings in the structuring of subjectivity and in the construction of the social body.
