El campo actual de investigación en psicología comprende un complejo entramado de dimensiones que son fundamentales en todos los estudios, pero existen atravesamientos que no son tenidos en cuenta e incluso pasan desapercibidos. Tal es el caso de las emociones y afectos. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una articulación teórico-práctica, tomando los aportes conceptuales sobre emoción, acción e intencionalidad, con el fin de poder articular dichos fundamentos con la práctica profesional de la psicología en el campo de la investigación. Para ello se tomarán dos investigaciones: Una realizada con el apoyo del las becas “Ramón Carrillo-Arturo Oñativia” (2015) y la otra realizada actualmente a través de la beca interna doctoral CONICET. Dichos estudios se centraron en el rol del Agente Sanitario como promotores de salud en zonas rurales del departamento de Eldorado y Alem, Misiones. De esta manera se intenta visibilizar y revalorizar el impacto de las intervenciones de los agentes sanitarios en el acceso y concurrencia al sistema de salud, ya que posibilitan un conjunto complejo de estrategias donde intervienen en gran medida la empatía y las emociones con fines sociales, para posibilitar traducciones entre los usuarios de los centros de salud y los profesionales. Palabras clave Emociones, Empatía, Psicología rural comunitaria, Salud Pública ABSTRACT THE IMPORTANCE OF EMOTIONS AND EMPATHY IN THE FIELD OF PSYCHOSOCIAL INVESTIGATION: THE ROLE OF HEALTHY AGENTS IN MISIONES, ARGENTINA The current field of research in psychology comprises a complex network of dimensions that are fundamental in all studies, but there are crossings that are not taken into account and even go unnoticed. Such is the case of emotions and affections. The present work aims to make a theoretical-practical articulation, taking the conceptual contributions on emotion, action and intentionality, in order to be able to articulate these foundations with the professional practice of psychology in the field of research.To do this, two investigations will be carried out: one carried out with the support of the “Ramón Carrillo-Arturo Oñativia” scholarship (2015) and the other one, currently carried out through the internal doctoral scholarship CONICET. These studies focused on the role of the Sanitary Agent as promoters of health in rural areas of the department of Eldorado and Alem, Misiones. In this way, an attempt is made to visualize and revalue the impact of the interventions of the health agents in the access and concurrence to the health system, since they make possible a complex set of strategies, where the empathy and the emotions for social purposes intervene to a great extent to enable translations between users of health centers and professionals.
