En el presente trabajo proponemos el abordaje teórico-clínico del tratamiento de un paciente púber con restricciones en la producción simbólica y a su vez, el análisis de las problemáticas del encuadre en el funcionamiento del grupo de reflexión para padres de los pacientes. En el Servicio de Psicopedagogía Clínica recibimos niños con problemas en el aprendizaje que presentan fuertes restricciones e inhibiciones en los procesos de simbolización. Tanto el tratamiento psicopedagógico como el espacio de reflexión a padres se coordinan paralelamente en dispositivos grupales con una especificidad propia. La inclusión de nuevas teorizaciones contemporáneas, permiten explorar y repensar la práctica clínica enriqueciendo el posicionamiento del terapeuta. La diversidad y heterogeneidad de la conflictiva psíquica de nuestros pacientes requiere modos de intervención muy diversos, como así también modificaciones de algunos aspectos del encuadre. E n ese sentido, y a partir de cuestionamientos que surgen en nuestra práctica clínica, proponemos un recorrido por distintos ejes de análisis de la problemática psíquica, implicada en las restricciones de aprendizaje y el sostén de lazos sociales. Palabras clave Tratamiento Psicopedagógico, Procesos de Simbolización, Pubertad, Encuadre ABSTRACT CLINICAL VICISSITUDES IN THE TREATMENT OF A PUBESCENT WITH RESTRICTIONS IN THE IN SYMBOLIZATION PROCESSES CONTRIBUTIONS FROM CURRENT CONCEPTUALIZATIONS (A LOOK FROM NEW THEORIES) In the present work we propose the theoretical-clinical approach of the treatment of a pubertal patient with restrictions in the symbolic production and, in turn, the analysis of the problems of the framing in the operation of the reflection group for the parents of the patients. In the Assistance Program of the Chair of Psychopedadogical Clinic, we receive children with learning problems that present strong restrictions and inhibitions in the processes of symbolization. Both the psycho-pedagogic treatment and the reflection space for parents are coordinated in parallel in group devices with their own specificity. The inclusion of new contemporary theories, allows to explore and rethink the clinical practice enriching the positioning of the therapist. The diversity and heterogeneity of the conflictive psychic of our patients requires very different modes of intervention, as well as modifications of some aspects of the clinical settings. In this sense, and based on questions that arise in our clinical practice, we propose a journey through different axes of analysis of the psychic problem, implied in the learning restrictions and the support of social bonds.
