La consulta de pacientes en crisis nos desafía desde la clínica. Nos convoca a pensar en estrategias y formas adecuadas de abordaje según las características propias que presenta. Desde las teorías de la complejidad podemos pensar a la situación crítica como una oportunidad que mediante la transformación del azar en organización el psiquismo puede engendrar nuevas formas y desarrollar potencialidades. (Morin 1998). Recorreremos aspectos del trauma y diferentes concepciones de crisis que aportan distintos autores. La pregunta acerca de quien uno es, recorre toda la vida de la persona. Solo en algunos periodos, como en las crisis, no se puede responder, se ponen en suspenso los referentes identificatorios. (Castoriadis-Aulagnier, 2007). Desarrollaremos como el sujeto es puesto en un intervalo con respecto a la continuidad de su propia historia y cuales serían las posibilidades ofrecidas desde el vínculo terapéutico para propiciar una salida transformadora, donde se pueda desplegar el cambio y la creación. Utilizaremos, el concepto de resiliencia, para dar cuenta de los dinamismos intrapsíquicos en el marco de la interacción entre la intra y la intersubjetividad del paciente. APPROACH IN PSYCHOTHERAPIES Consultation of patients in crisis challenges us therateupically. It summons us to think about strategies and appropriate forms of approach according to the characteristics the crisis presents itself. From the theories of complexity we can think of the critical situation as an opportunity that, through the transformation of chance into organization, the psyche can engender new forms and develop potentialities. (Morin 1998). We will review aspects of the trauma and different conceptions of crisis from different authors. The question about who one is, runs through the whole life of the person. Only in some periods, as in the crisis, this question can not be answered; the identification references are put on hold (Castoriadis-Aulagnier, 2007). We will elaborate how the individual is placed in an interval with respect to the continuity of its own history. We will review the possibilities offered by the therapeutic bond to propitiate a transforming exit from the crisis where the change and the creation can be deployed. We will use the concept of resilience to account for the intrapsychic dynamisms within the framework of the interaction between the intra and the intersubjectivity of the patient.
