A partir del desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías en el campo de la psicoterapia surge la necesidad de contar con pruebas válidas y confiables que permitan indagar la presencia de sintomatología desde el formato online, que sean no restrictivas y para el uso de clínicos en el contexto latinoamericano (Simpsons, 2009; Titov et al., 2015). Muchas de las técnicas actuales (SCL-90, OQ45, SA45), indagan síntomas de ansiedad, depresión, relaciones interpersonales, psicoticismo, entre otras, que permiten realizar un screening general del consultante (Lara et al., 2008). Se trabajó con un diseño instrumental, en el cual participaron 850 quienes respondieron un cuestionario online que incluía cuatro dimensiones (ansiedad, depresión, relaciones interpersonales, psicoticismo ) con un total de 60 ítems. Para analizar la validez externa se utilizó la prueba OQ45 y SCL-90. Se observó una consistencia interna adecuada para las cuatro dimensiones testeadas, así´como en su validez de constructo. Asimismo, la validez externa fue adecuada, se hallaron relaciones significativas entre la prueba construída, la OQ45 y SCL-90. Consideramos la prueba construida adecuada para la evaluación de síntomas, siendo una herramienta válida para su uso psicoterapéutico. No obstante, es necesario continuar analizando sus psicométricas, teniendo en cuenta pacientes que posean diagnósticos específicos que la prueba evalúa. Palabras clave Terapia Online, Evaluación Psicológica, Malestar Subjetivo ABSTRACT ONLINE SCALE OF SYMPTOMS Due to the development of new technologies in the field of psychotherapy, there is a need to have valid and reliable tests that enable to investigate the presence of symptomatology from the online format, these should be non-restrictive and for the use of clinicians in the Latin American context (Simpsons, 2009; Titov et al., 2015). Many of the current techniques (SCL-90, OQ45, SA45) investigate symptoms related to anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, psychoticism, among others, that allow a general screening of the patient (Lara et al., 2008). We worked with an instrumental design, which involved 850 subjects who responded to an online questionnaire which included four dimensions (anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, psychoticism) with a total of 60 items. OQ45 and SCL-90 were used to analyze the external validity. Adequate internal consistency was observed for the four dimensions tested, as well as their construct validity. Also, the external validity was adequate, significant relationships were found between the test we built, OQ45 and SCL-90. We consider that the constructed test is adequate for the evaluation of symptoms, being a valid tool for its use in psychotherapy.
